Rain is moving into the Bear Lake Valley. The National Weather Service forecast for the Garden City area calls for rain likely this afternoon with a high near 45, then steady rain tonight (80% chance) and a low around 33.

Monday brings a slight chance of rain before 8 a.m., then partly sunny skies, a high near 42 and north-northwest winds around 10 mph. Monday night dips to about 28 under mostly cloudy skies, and Tuesday looks partly sunny with a high near 47.

With overnight temperatures near freezing, give yourself extra time on Logan Canyon (US-89) and SR-30 early Monday, and check UDOT Traffic (udottraffic.utah.gov) before you head out.
