Caribbean of the Rockies Mother Announces: “My Babygirl Was Found SAFE Today”

A Garden City mother has publicly shared the news that her daughter has been found safe.

Stephanie Kaye posted a couple of days ago in a support group titled “Help Bring Kylie Arell…” writing, “My babygirl was found SAFE today!!” The post quickly drew attention across local Facebook groups.

Bear Lake TV shared the mother’s announcement in multiple local groups, including Rich County Classifieds, with the message: “This mother’s deserves a ❤️, job well done….”

The update follows the recent rescue of a Garden City teen who had been missing since May 2025. Authorities say she was found in Oregon after more than a year. The case remains under federal investigation.

Local residents have responded with relief and support for the family.
